Food Vendors

Although the festival offers the best variety of finger-licking barbecue that the metro area has to offer, it’s not the only item on the menu. Italian, Mexican and American cuisine is cooking around every corner. Food vendors must read the Jefferson County Health Department’s guidelines for food preparation and serving.
